About

Three Routes, One Destination

Training goes beyond the physical. My philosophy is simple: three routes, one destination — mindset, leadership, and confidence. Mindset builds resilience, leadership drives accountability, and confidence unlocks potential.

I’m Sean Trinder, a wide receiver at Colby College. Colby football just recently finished 6-3 and won the CBB, marking its first winning season in 20 years.

 

I’ve played football since I was six, developing through high school and into the college level. The position has taught me that true excellence comes from discipline, preparation, and attention to detail — combining physical ability with precision and football IQ.

I’m also an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, focused on building strong, explosive, and well-conditioned athletes across all positions. My training emphasizes intensity, proper mechanics, and pushing beyond comfort zones to maximize performance.

More than anything, my goal is to impact young athletes beyond the game — helping them grow in discipline, confidence, and character. This summer, I’m committed to developing not just better players, but better men.
